1. General Policy
Elemnt Web provides digital services delivered through ongoing subscription or project-based work. Because our services involve design, development, hosting, and customization specific to each client, refunds cannot be issued for work that has already been started or completed.
2. Subscription Plans
Monthly and annual Website-as-a-Service (WaaS) subscriptions are billed automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Once canceled, your service will remain active until the end of the paid period.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were billed in error, please contact us within 7 days of payment at contact@elemntweb.com. We will review and resolve your request promptly.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate charges or technical errors caused by our billing system. Elemnt Web is not responsible for delays or interruptions caused by third-party providers (hosting, payment processors, or domain registrars).
